Inspection Comments |
FACILITY WAS COVERED WITH A CFPM LICENSE FOR THIS INSPECTION. MANAGER IS WORKING ON GETTING MORE OF THE NEW STAFF LICENSED.
DURING THE LAST INSPECTION, IT WAS NOTED THAT THEY FACILITY DID NOT HAVE A COPY OF THEIR LICENSE FOR 2024. THEY HAD STATED THAT THEY WOULD LOCATE IT FROM THE OFFICE AND HAVE IT POSTED. AT THE TIME OF THIS INSPECTION, FACILITY CANNOT FIND RECORD THAT THEY HAD PAID TO RENEW THEIR LICENSE FOR THIS YEAR. WE DO NOT HAVE RECORD EITHER THAT THE FACILITY HAD PAID FOR THIS YEAR. AT THIS TIME FACILITY WILL NEED TO PAY FOR THIS YEARS LICENSE. FACILITY FILLED OUT THE APPLICATION AND PAID TO COVER THEM FOR THIS YEAR. AS A REMINDER, THE RENEWAL FOR NEXT YEAR 2025 WILL BE GETTING READY TO SEND OUT AT THE END OF THIS MONTH. |
